Estonian firms Lasvet Patendibüroo OÜ (Lasvet Patent and Trademark Agency) and AAA Patendibüroo OÜ (AAA Legal Services) last month announced that they have merged to operate under the entity AAA Patendibüroo OÜ. The press release said that "all Lasvet attorneys and employees" will continue working in the new firm, including Lasvet co-founder Villu Pavelts who will join AAA's board of management. The merger took effect on December 6 2019.
